iabetes, fibromyalgia, cancer, Crohn’s and colitis, arthritis, lupus, asthma, mental health issues and many other afflictions challenge people to be their best. The unpredictable nature of chronic conditions can make life seem like game of roulette. But it can also be a game of chess – filled with choices, moves and counter moves. Of course, that does not mean the game will be easy.
Doing a high performance job that requires managing people, being creative, or requires high degrees of mental or physical effort is a challenge for many healthy people. But what if you are chronically ill or have an invisible disability?
I created Sick with Success™ to
- Provide inspiration and information to people with chronic illness and invisible disability who still wish to contribute at a a high level at work or in the community.
- Educate business, government, health care workers and society in general about the challenges and issues faced by those with chronic illness and invisible disabilities.
- Educate people on the huge impact chronic illness is now having on our society and how we need to change our thinking about illness.
- Provide general inspiration and information to everyone who wants to improve their lives.
In addition to the information in the weekly blog, I also do presentations, educational training, and personal coaching.
I would love to hear from you and find out what you like about this web site, and what information or subjects you would like me to cover.
Jason
