Fibromyalgia Organizations
The American Fibromyalgia Syndrome Association (AFSA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to research, education, and patient advocacy for fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. AFSA is the only charitable organization whose primary mission is to seed research on these conditions. Over 90% of contributions go directly toward their mission.
