More than 50% of Americans and Canadians are affected by chronic disease
Just last week, researchers from the Washington-based Deloitte Center for Health Solutions released the results of an international survey which showed that the majority of both Canadians and Americans have at least one chronic health condition.
Fifty-five percent of people in the U.S. said that they were diagnosed with one or more chronic conditions, compared to 41 percent of people in the UK and 52 percent of Canadians.
